Vinayaka Enterprises offers eco-friendly Ganesh idols, pooja kits, pooja essentials and related festive products.

Product images are provided for reference. Since some products are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, finish, texture, size, or detailing may occur.

2. Orders

• Orders are subject to product availability.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline an order when necessary.
• An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment confirmation or confirmation from our team.
• Please provide accurate name, phone number and delivery address while placing your order.
• Customers are responsible for checking their order details before confirming the purchase.

3. Delivery

Vinayaka Enterprises currently delivers only within Hyderabad, Telangana.

• Delivery availability depends on the customer’s location within our service area.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, product availability and order volume.
• During Ganesh Chaturthi and other festive periods, delivery may take longer due to high demand.
• Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

4. Product Availability

Our Ganesh idols and pooja products may have limited availability, particularly during festive seasons. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact you regarding an alternative product, revised delivery arrangement or refund, as applicable.

5. Pricing

• All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices and information are accurate.
• In the event of an obvious pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to correct the error and contact the customer before processing the order.

6. Payments

Customers must complete payment using the payment options available on our website.

Payment information may be processed through third-party payment providers. Vinayaka Enterprises does not intentionally store complete card or other sensitive payment credentials.

7. Cancellation

Order cancellation may be permitted only before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the spiritual and perishable nature of our kits, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged or incomplete upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours with your order ID and supporting photos.

9. Handcrafted Products

Our eco-friendly Ganesh idols are handcrafted products. Natural variations, minor surface marks, texture differences and slight variations in colour or finishing may occur and should not necessarily be considered defects.
