Refund and Returns Policy

At Vinayaka Enterprises, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our products include handcrafted eco-friendly Ganesh idols, pooja kits and pooja essentials, our refund and return policies are as follows:

1. No Return Policy

We generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, unless the product is received in a damaged, defective or incomplete condition.

All sales are considered final upon successful delivery.

2. Damaged or Missing Items

Please check your order at the time of delivery to ensure that all items are present and in good condition.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incomplete product, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery.

Please contact us with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

If the issue is verified, we may arrange a replacement, where available. If a replacement cannot be provided, a refund may be considered.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only processed in cases where:

• The product is received damaged or defective.
• Items included in the order are missing.
• The received product is significantly different from the product ordered.

Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Minor variations in colour, texture, shape or finishing of handcrafted eco-friendly Ganesh idols will not be considered defects.

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the order.

Refunds will generally be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

Once an order has been packed, prepared for delivery or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

6. Shipping Responsibility

We currently deliver only within Hyderabad, Telangana.

If a customer mistakenly places an order from outside our delivery area, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.

Orders placed from locations outside Hyderabad will not be eligible for delivery and will be cancelled and refunded, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.

Once an order has been successfully accepted for delivery within Hyderabad, Customers whose orders are successfully placed will receive their delivery on 11 or 12 September 2026.

7. Delivery Issues

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or is unavailable to receive the order, additional delivery arrangements may be required.

Vinayaka Enterprises will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer-provided information or the customer’s unavailability at the delivery address.
